The mission of the Children, Youth and Family Services Division is to provide a continuum of accessible, high-quality, culturally relevant, family-centered programs using a multi-disciplinary approach within a home visiting model. These programs provide services to pregnant and parenting women, infants and toddlers and families in the Philadelphia area affected by poverty, isolation, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, homelessness, child abuse/neglect and family violence.
