Programs for Children, Youth and Families

The mission of the Children, Youth and Family Services Division is to provide a continuum of accessible, high-quality, culturally relevant, family-centered programs using a multi-disciplinary approach within a home visiting model. These programs provide services to pregnant and parenting women; and infants, children, youth and their families in the Philadelphia area, who are affected by poverty, isolation, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, homelessness, child abuse/neglect and family violence.
