HFP's HIV-related activities include prevention services, comprehensive clinical care, and training. All program services share a common philosophy and approach including:

community-based services
culturally competent providers
accessibility regardless of insurance or ability to pay
collaborative network model of service delivery
strong commitment to continuous quality improvement

In addition, HFP serves as the Philadelphia Performance Site of the Pennsylvania/MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center responsible for serving Eastern Pennsylvania.
