Direct Service Programs

Through direct service programs, HFP serves some of the neediest families in our community, focusing primarily on support for young children and their families, people living with HIV/AIDS, and health center patients in need of supplemental services.  All programs share a focus on cultural relevance, accessibility, best practices, and collaboration to provide the highest quality services to clients.

In addition to serving the needs of consumers and enhancing the care that community health centers are able to provide, our direct service programs also serve to identify unmet community needs and inform our planning for training, technical assistance and program development priorities.
