This year’s sessions are designed for Quality Improvement, Population Health, and Care Management staff, as well as DRVS Super Users. Participants will:
- Hear more about using quality improvement to support value-based care;
- Learn from peers and the work they are doing around Medicare measures (e.g., Annual Well Visits, BP control) and Medicaid pediatric metrics (like Well Child Visits);
- Participate in Azara DRVS training focused on leveraging the platform for VBC;
