Community Health Centers, also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers or FQHCs, offer high quality comprehensive primary care at low-cost in many communities in our area.
FQHCs offer a full range of primary care services for adults, children and seniors. Additional services often include prenatal care, dental care, mental health services, prescription drugs, and insurance enrollment.

Our very foundation is built on fostering connections among health centers; between primary care and public health; between our members and other entities, resources and expertise; between evidence and practice; and in support of interdisciplinary care, operational efficiency and effective outreach to new audiences.”
